About
Billed as bigger, more exciting and more challenging, the Utrecht complex mixes physical challenges, brainteasers and playful game elements, and families, friends and colleagues alike come to chase the highscores. Sessions can be booked for one or one and a half hours, as a kids' party or in combination with other activities. Kartfabrique itself is an indoor karting centre with a race academy, kids' karting school, lasergame, sim racing, food and drinks and meeting rooms, so a visit easily becomes a full group or company outing.
The games
1 game to choose from
Prison Island at Kartfabrique in Utrecht is the XL edition: 39 cells, each with its own task, that test physical, technical and tactical skills. Teams of three or four share a single key to open cells in any order, scoring points as the clock runs when a door opens. Cells last one to five minutes, can be replayed, and carry hint signs outside, in a game the venue calls the ideal mix of Fort Boyard and an escape room.
