About
In Prison Island, small teams move through a prison of cells, each with its own challenge, sometimes needing brains, sometimes strength and sometimes sheer speed, collecting points over one, one and a half or two hours; up to 100 people can play at once, and many cells remain playable for those with limited mobility. For a classic format, the Black Box escape room, part of the Escape Team concept, takes groups of up to 24 for 75 minutes. Real axe throwing and Prison Golf round off the offer, and combination deals and catering make it popular for company outings of up to 200 people.
The games
2 games to choose from
Fun Village Rotterdam offers two group-scale escape formats. Prison Island is a real-life game of 34 cells, ten of them new, in which teams of three to five crack codes, solve riddles and take on physical challenges over 1, 1.5 or 2 hours, with up to 100 players at once. The Black Box Escape Room is built for teams of 8 to 24, who race against 75 minutes to reactivate a mysterious black box.
