About
The concept casts Doctor Watsons as a storyteller who takes teams back to the turn of the twentieth century, where two separate mysteries unfold in the church building and each group has 60 minutes to escape. Players are introduced to the history of the building before entering, and the rooms favour inventive puzzles over a standard hunt for keys and codes. Beyond the rooms, the venue offers a murder mystery, a Casa de Papel-themed VR experience for 6 to 24 people, a mobile escape game for large events, and jenever tastings and cocktail workshops for groups.
The games
Doctor Watsons, a hidden speakeasy-style venue in central Rotterdam, tells stories set in the year 1900 in a mysterious church. Its escape mysteries give teams 60 minutes to get out, and the current line-up also includes a Murder Mystery for eight with a unique role for every player, a Casa de Papel VR experience for 6 to 24, and a mobile escape game for 35 to 250 people. Cocktail, gin, whisky and jenever tastings can be added.
