About
Each room has its own style of challenge: Einstein Aspect leans on riddles and logic, Prison Break Out on teamwork and arithmetic, and Secret Temple on puzzles and number skills, all rated high on difficulty. Larger parties can spread across the three rooms at once. For playing at home, Multi Escape also delivers an escape case with nine games and about an hour and a half of play, suitable for children from six and adults alike, within 15 kilometres of central Groningen.
The games
3 games to choose from
Multi Escape Groningen offers three one-hour rooms with their own story and puzzle style. Einstein Aspect drops you into Albert Einstein's secret study in 1933, full of riddles and red herrings. Prison Break Out lands you in a Thai cell with an execution looming. Secret Temple traps you inside an unfinished Egyptian pyramid with little air and a lot of treasure. A take-home escape suitcase with nine short games is also available, delivered within 15 km of Groningen centre.

Atmosphere
Each room commits to its story, from the historical intrigue of Einstein's study to the claustrophobic menace of a prison cell and the dust of a desert pyramid. The puzzles lean on logic, numbers and observation, and the venue markets all three rooms as demanding ones.
Who it suits
Experienced friends, colleagues and families with teenagers who want a real puzzle challenge. Players must be 14 or older, and the cell-based Prison Break Out asks for 16+.
Good to know
Intensity, accessibility, booking and facilities, as the venue lists them.
The house rules advise against playing with heart conditions or psychological disorders, and the Prison Break Out story is dark, with a death-sentence premise.
