About
De Bankroof is based on one of the most spectacular acts of wartime resistance in the Netherlands: on 15 November 1944, the local resistance group took more than 46 million guilders from the bank, a raid that succeeded yet ended disastrously. The Hacker Room is set in a rented room above 't Hookhoes, where a hacker has hidden a laptop full of leaked government files that will wipe itself in 60 minutes, leaving players to decide whether to join him or hand the data over. Both rooms take two to six players for 60 minutes and suit friends, families and company teambuilding.
The games
2 games to choose from
Escape Room Almelo runs two one-hour games, both for teams of two to six. De Bankroof (The Bank Heist) is rooted in local history, retelling the 1944 resistance raid on the Nederlandsche Bank in Almelo, while The Hacker Room gives your team an hour to track down a laptop left by an anonymous hacker and the stolen government files stored on it.
