The games
4 games to choose from
DarkPark's Delft location has four 60-minute rooms in the studio's connected DarkVerse universe, each for two to six players with no exceptions. The Dentist is an eerie waiting room where something horrible is happening behind the door; Freakshow is a creepy, magical adventure in which you grope through the dark of a circus cage; Into the DarkVerse is an intense, unpredictable game that gives each player what they need; and Rise of the Phoenix, for 18 and up, follows the story of Dr. Phoenix. Published difficulty ranges from 32 to 65 percent, with fear factors up to 100 percent.

Atmosphere
The studio focuses on the story and on you as its lead, building fully believable worlds with tension that creeps in slowly rather than puzzle-heavy rooms. Each room publishes percentages for difficulty, escape rate, fear factor and physical effort, so you can pick the intensity you want.
Who it suits
Escape-room enthusiasts and thrill-seekers who want a cinematic, story-first experience, along with companies and large groups that the studio organises with a tight planning. The rooms are intense and not suitable for young players, with 16 as the usual minimum age and 18 for Rise of the Phoenix.
Good to know
Intensity, accessibility, booking and facilities, as the venue lists them.
The rooms are intense, with fear factors of 51, 54, 86 and 100 percent across the Delft rooms, darkness in games such as Freakshow and Into the DarkVerse, and physical effort scores of up to 75 percent. The venue states that team size limits are strict for fire-safety reasons.
Shown only where the venue confirms it. A feature missing here is not confirmed either way.
Rooms are booked online for exactly two to six players, with no exceptions, and are one hour long. The studio also offers gift vouchers and tailored programmes for company outings and large groups, with teams starting in turns.
