In the Wapenkamer van Walrick, teams navigate a network of tunnels with a Roman atmosphere to reach an old armoury, one of the most reviewed activities at the site and suitable for groups from about 10 up to 150 playing in rounds. The location sits in the middle of an extensive fen nature reserve and also offers a climbing forest and other team activities led by professional instructors. Group accommodation, school camps, children's parties, weddings and barbecues make it a base for multi-day stays, including during the Nijmegen Four Days Marches.

At Het Buitencentrum in Overasselt near Nijmegen, the Wapenkamer van Walrick (Walrick's Armoury) is an escape room in Roman-era style with a 50-metre tunnel system leading to a secret weapons chamber. Around AD 727, a robber band led by Walrick, the Hoemannen, ambushed Roman traders and legend says their loot lies hidden in the armoury. Archaeologists with helmets and head torches enter the hideout to find it and get out in time, and new puzzles were added in March 2026.
