On Torenstraat in the city centre, Amaze VR combines about 300 square metres of VR gaming space with a bar. Its VR escape rooms put each player in a headset for scenarios ranging from Assassin's Creed adventures in a lost pyramid and beyond Medusa's Gate to a prison breakout and a haunted mansion, played in teams of up to six while a large screen above each zone lets onlookers follow the action. Two free-roam arenas host arcade minigames, cooperative shooters and zombie missions, and the venue caters to birthday parties, bachelor parties and company outings of up to 50 people.
